What is your approach to psychotherapy?

Unconditional positive regard is at the center of my practice. My eclectic approach includes cognitive therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT, movement therapy, art therapy and mindfulness practices. My life coaching work has a slightly different lens allowing me to hear the key promises, offers, requests and declarations that have inform our lives and point to new more powerful actions.

My training and experience in both psychotherapy, social work and coaching allows me to work effectively with a broad range of issues and people from many different socioeconomic, cultural and religious backgrounds. I am a skilled empathic listener will work with you collaboratively and creatively.  I am honored to have helped many people create the change they seek to cultivate more fulfilling lives.
