Office in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, Telehealth & Life Coaching Online: My office is located at 401 Stockbridge Road in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. I see psychotherapy and coaching clients there. Coaching clients have the option to work with me online or by telephone. I am using telehealth for psychotherapy and coaching during the covid19 pandemic.
Couples Therapy & Coaching: I am honored to work with couples interested in deepening their love, resolving conflicts and identifying self-limiting patterns. I also work, very respectfully, with issues of intimacy and sexuality.
Parenting & Mothering: I love working with new mothers and seasoned parents seeking effective strategies for self-care, nurturing themselves and nurturing their families. Having parented two young adult sons, I am confident and comfortable supporting parents who seek a more validating path for themselves and their children.
Workshops, Groups and Classes: I facilitate a variety of workshops, groups and classes. I periodically offer the following seminars for women: Divorce and Self Discovery, Financial Self Efficacy for Women, Radical Self Care for Women, Powerful Transitions. I have presented an annual workshop at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, The Women’s Workshop of Soulmate Attraction. I also teach the Soulmate Attraction Workshop as a series of six group telephone sessions.
